The purpose of this page is to provide you with links to other resources available either in the local community in Victoria or online. You may find that some of these resources are a natural supplement to the work we do together. Others are provided in case of emergency, so that you know where to turn for support if I am not immediately available. 

Crisis/Emergency Services 

Kids Help Phone
Confidential and anonymous phone and online counselling service for youth.
Mental Health Support Line
24/7 phone line that provides crisis support and intervention related to mental health challenges.
Suicide Line
Support services specific to suicide risk are provided 24/7. If you are thinking about harming yourself, please call.

Support services are provided 24/7 if you are feeling suicidal, experiencing an emotional or mental health crisis, or in need of other immediate services.
Victoria Women's Transition House Society
24/7 crisis line as well as programs, facilities, and shelters for women who have experienced or are experiencing abuse.
Women's Sexual Assault Centre
If you have experienced sexual assault or abuse or are feeling at risk, 24/7 crisis support services are provided to individuals of all genders.
24/7 confidential and multilingual information and referral service for victims of crime, plus immediate intervention for victims of domestic or sexual violence.
